Episode 1
Good news!!!! You can binge-watch the whole 10 Episodes on Netflix as they were released altogether.
It is a comedy, with over-the-top characters. You can fast-forward some irrelevant scenes but all in all it is really quite an interesting watch.
Yeo Mi Ran is a lawyer, who is very strong, physically. Her martial art is good. She is also a feminist.
One day, she saw Nam Kang Ho talking to his manager. She heard Nam Kang Ho being dismissive of a woman, who he said was only after of what she can get and would use anything to get it including her sexuality.
This annoyed the feminist Mi Ran.
But she did not know that Nam Kang Ho was actually at the end of his tether because a new actress whose meager fame had already gone to her head was uncooperative and holding up the shoot. He is the main actor and even him can’t make the actress to continue with the shoot.
Anyway, Mi Ran work with a guy in their own law firm but she felt betrayed when she found out that he had been actually dating a woman for seven years and yet he would cry on her shoulder every time he breaks up with someone else.
She tried to apply to other law offices but all they say was they will let her know.
The latest law firm she was applying to wanted a female lawyer as a client would only deal with a female lawyer.
While waiting for an interview, in walk Nam Kang Ho with his gorgeous manager, Do Woon Joon.
Miran recognized Nam Kang Ho immediately. As he passed near her, she extended her foot which made him topple to the floor.
Episode 2
Miran got the job at Gilmu after signing a confidentiality contract which includes not divulging any personal information about their clients, otherwise, she had to pay three times her annual salary as a penalty.
Miran found out that her ex is one of the lawyers in the firm. But still, she got along with everyone.
When she met Nam Kang Ho, she lied to him and told him that she tripped him because she wanted him to notice her. She confessed that she likes him, which is a lie. She just wanted the job.
Episode 3
Miran insinuated herself into being Nam Kang Ho’s new lawyer because she has a hidden agenda.
Miran is a bit of a vigilante against men who preyed on young women. When she saw Nam Kang Ho hugging a girl and giving her money afterwards, she added him to her list of men to watch.
She then found out that Nam Kang Ho has no dating history which surprised her,
Nam Kang Ho asked her to see him one night. She thought he was up to something. But he actually wanted her to teach him to fight because he had just got a role where there is a lot of fighting scenes and the director told him that he had to man up and develop his style.
Episode 4
Nam Kang Ho hired Miran to be his training partner as well as his lawyer. He was impressed with her as she appeared sensible.
There is more back story about Nam Kang Ho. He was in a relationship with Oh Se Na ten years ago but she dumped him for a rich guy.
Now, the man dumped her and she now wanted to work with Nam Kang Ho who has become a super popular actor.
Do Woo Jon was worried about Nam Kang Ho at first. Nam Kang Ho said that he was willing to work with her; he was over Oh Se Na.
He was actually crushing on Miran, you felt guilty for beating him senseless during a training so she could unlock his phone and find out who the young girl he hugged and gave money to.
The girl turned up during the training. Miran learned that the girl his Nam Kang Ho’s niece.
Anyway, Nam Kang Ho found out that it was Miran’s birthday. He told her later that as she was a special fan, he was going to give her a treat. He will go on a date with her for one day. They could do whatever she wants.
He then ended up kissing her which shocked her.
I am loving this drama.
