Episode 1
Wen Rou is a shoe designer for her yet to be known Polimoda brand. Anyway, she had an interview with Xunmi to provide designer shoes for the VIP clients.
At first, the interview was going well until the manager twigged that she was interviewing the wrong woman. It should be Wen Li of a known branded shoe design rather than Wen Rou.
Anyway, Wen Rou with her business partner were just leaving and in the lift when a delivery guy entered the lift as well. The real Wen Li was annoyed of the pungent smell of the River Snail Rice Noodles, the delivery man had with him and told him to leave. Wen Rou told the guy to stay.
Wen Li turned violent towards Wen Rou and it was chaotic. At the back of the lift was Shan Liang who was the CEO of Xunmi. He thought that Wen Rou was very kind.
Upon learning that Shan Liang was more or less Xunmi, she started seducing him and after 101 days of dating, he proposed marriage to her.
The problem was that Wen Rou had told so many lies. She said that she was from a rich genteel family.
Actually, she was struggling in her business. Polimoda was only starting to get a commission.
She tried to confess her real situation to Shan Liang but he said that he cannot abide liars.
Xunmi is a dating agency from the apps tat Shan Liang created.
One day, a high powered client came to the company with two things in mind. Invest and perhaps find a soul mate who can be trusted. The guy was Su Zi Guang who confessed that he once met a girl who was a con artist.
