Episode 1
It started in 2003, a police van carrying prisoners toppled over in a rice paddy after it crashed due to the chaotic situation inside the van.
A prisoner was trying to kill the other prisoner and when the police tried to intervene, the van careered and toppled over.
The prisoner managed to get out of the van, took the police’ gun as well as the key for his handcuff. He was just about to kill the other prisoner but he begged him that he could be of use to him.
Now it is 2011!
Chen Xue Ying had just finished her ballet practice when she was kidnapped and dragged inside a suitcase. She managed to call on someone on her mobile phone but she can’t talk as she was gagged.
The person she called can hear what was going on where she was being taken to.
Poor Xue Ying was about to be raped by her captor when Gao Yang, the guy who answered her call came to the rescue and beat up the man.
Despite being beaten up pretty badly, yes really badly, the guy managed to get away quite nimbly. So when the police turned up headed by Zheng Dong Yu, Gao Yang was mistaken as the kidnapper and arrested.
Zheng Dong Yu and Gao Yang actually had a history. They were childhood sweethearts.
Anyway, Gao Yang was taken to the station and was going to be questioned but Dong was told by the chief that he was taking over. The chief turned off all the CCTV and told everyone to take a break. He then went to see Gao Yao.
It turned out Gao Yao is working undercover. It was the chief who assigned him to infiltrate a gang headed by Liu Xing. The gang deals with fake notes.
