Episode 1
The first episode is rather chaotic. So many characters being introduced at once. I have to say the two female leads are already annoying. Why do they portray women as small minded and averse to logical thinking.
The drama started in Changle City in Yong. Changle is a vibrant place promoting diversity. The town is always brimming with business with merchants coming and going.
Because of this, visa permit issuance was outsourced to Yuan Mo by Sifeng Villa. To make it worth his while, he charges for the entry permit on merchants and migrants.
Yuan Mo was very observant and knew who is illegal and who is not. One of the illegal immigrants was a girl dressed as a boy. She was A Shu. Yuan Mo managed to take a visa she stole from a merchant called Kedun.
It so happened that a new leader of East Wing branch of the Sifeng Villa arrived in town. He was Wang Kun Wu, a former army man and hated any form of corruption. When he saw Yuan Mo with the Visa seal he went ballistic and dragged Yuan Mo to Sifeng Villa.
The chief said that he himself gave the visa seal to Yuan Mo because Sifeng Villa’s working hours were over and no one would do overtime.
Wang Kun Wu’s first mission in Changle was to locate the stolen new high tech crossbows. His suspect was Kedun who was currently in the brothel.
We went to brothel with Yuan Mo. They saw Kedun and Kun Wu went for him but then the leader of the Jiangfeng Agency, Yu Chi Hua, intervened, thus preventing Kun Wu to arrest Kedun.
