Episode 1
It has a very interesting, intriguing first episode.
It started with a mysterious plastic surgery in a historical period. The girl did not only have a new face but when the bandages were removed, she already have a perfectly applied mascara and eye liner.🤣🤣🤣🤣
Anyway, a few months back, the Luo Family was preparing to marry one of the three daughters to a son of a very rich and influential merchant.
The spoilt Shuang Shuang was dying to marry the rich and handsome young Master Du and her biological younger sister, Xue Er was also crushing on him.
But Mr Du found Ai Lian, Master Luo’s favourite daughter, to his taste because she is intelligent and confident. Ai Lian, however, was very business minded and marriage is the last thing in her mind.
Shuang Shuang noticed that Mr Du likes Ai Lian so she sent him a note to meet up at Ai Lian’s room Shuang Shuang expected that Ai Lian will be away doing business so she will be at Ai Lian’s room instead. That night, Ai Lian was in her room when someone knocked. It was of course Mr Du who said that he will marry her. Ai Lian declined but Mr Du got annoyed because he thought she sent him a note and now she was playing hard to get, So he started hugging her but she pushed him away. But all of a sudden he collapsed struggling for breath.
He died in her room. Xue Er happened to visit Ai Lian who she was close to. Ai Lian told her that she must report what happened to their father but Xue Er said that it would be too scandalous for Ai Lian if it get found out that there was a man in her room and ended up dead.
Ai Lian proposed that they drag Mr Du back to his room so they did.
The next morning the dead Mr Du was found and his family was notified. Father Du was heartbroken and demanded that as a compesation, one of the Luo daughters should become a ghost bride and be buried with his son.
He would not take no for an answer so the atmosphere is getting more chaotic until the arrival of prefect, Xu Cheng Feng. He examined Mr Du’s body and said it was obviously a heart attack as the cause of death. But he noticed that the body was dragged because of the bruises on his heals.
In the end, Ai Lian confessed that Mr Du died in her room. She would have not have to answer to anything as the death was a heart attack but then when she went to find her father, he was already dead of the floor. Shuang Shuang screamed that Ai Lian killed their father.
Xu Cheng Feng arrested Ai Lian.

This is an idol historical drama and it showed.
Yun Mu appears to be as a rake, a playboy who is narcissitic at that. He was on his way on his pleasure boat to see his Uncle Yun Shang.
Along the way, he met Su Ruo Fei who caught his attention when she started playing her bongo while on top of a building. He immediately recruited her to be his personal musician.
She told him that she is the leader of the Green Light Music Workshop which is made up of disparate members, mostly male who looks like bandits, behave like bandits but they live for their music. Because her workshop is less than the ordinary, they had been prevented to join the audition and this was bothering her.
Yun Mu promised that he will reconsider.
Yun Mu’s fondness for music started when he was a little boy. He was saved from a assassins when he heard someone who was playing her lute. With his keen hearing he followed the sound, thus evading his pursuers .
The girl might either be Su Ruo Fei or her sister, Su Ruo Shan.
