It started in 1991 in Beijing but for some reason, it has that feel of the 70s.
It was the early days of home computers and people were buying Chinese Language Card to be able to able to process Chinese text faster.
Xiao Chuang and his mates have a little shop that sell illegal and unlicensed Chinese Language Card. They were always sold out and making so much money which they earn in a day what they could make in a month.
Unfortunately, for them their luck did not last as someone reported them and the police raided their little shop.
