Episode 1

To be honest, I did not fully understand the sub because it was actually a google translate.

Anyway, I think Yuan Qian is a freshman student in Arts.  Yuan Qian is a get-up and go kind of girl, she would try to always find solutions to her problems no matter what and her gumption is what gets her into trouble with the god of the Art Department.  He was Qin Shen and he seemed to be almost everywhere and anywhere.

He was even the monitor of the dormitories, where he caught Yuan Qian with her dorm mates playing a friendly card game.  Gambling was not allowed so they all got into trouble.

The next day, Yuan Qian was desperate to get into the art building to do her painting test.  In her enthusiasm to get to the building, she did a shortcut into a bridge that had been cordoned off.  What would you know?  Qin Shen was there holding his newly sculpted bust.

Yuan Qian pushed her way through and knocked the bust off Qin Shen’s hand.  In his surprise, he accidentally knocked her into the pond.  He had to save the bust or her. When he decided to save her, it was rather too late because she had fallen down.

Thank goodness, a rower saw her and came to her rescue.

Qin Shen did try to help her out of the water but she did not wait for what he was going to say.

Yuan Qian marched on to her class but was turned away because her test ticket was soaking wet.

Now, she was missing an integral grade.

She was told that perhaps she could get a good grade in sculpture.

In the class, Qin Shen was her classmate.

For some reason, she went back to the sculpture room in the dark and you could see what would happen.  Yes, of all the pieces, she had to bump into Qin Shen’s skull and dropping it on the ground.

She spent the night making the skull good and it was pretty awesome but with one look Qin Shen knew that someone had touched his skull.

Yuan Qian confessed that it was her.  He was not too upset but he did try to tease her a bit.

Yuan Qian was on her way to the shower room when her best friend/dorm room,  friend, Xin Xin told her a horror story regarding their female shower room.  She was told that it was haunted and the door at the end of the corridor was permanently locked because of the horrible death of the girl who still haunts the shower room.

Yuan Qian was a little scared but she went near the locked door because the shower cubicle next to it was the only empty one left.

But she braced herself to open the door and got the shock of her life.

Episode 2

The door opened to the boys’ shower room.  And half naked boys were scancalised as a peeping girl.  Yuan Qian was paralysed with shock.

Thank goodness a half-naked Qin Shen turned up and threw his towel oven her and then he pushed her to the other side of the door and locked it after her.

Apparently, the towel he threw on her head was rather legendary and he would not give it or let anyone use it except for himself.  It was very personal.

A girl from the Dance De[artment had told Si Wei about the towel.

Si Wei is some sort of belle of the Dance Department who had a massive crush on  Qin Shen.

When Si Wei saw Yuan Qian she was not overly bothered because Yuan Qian is so ordinary she is not Qin Shen’s type, Si Wei said.

Their uni is big on sport.

There was a basketball tournament which was very progressive.  The players would be made up of both males and females.

Episode 3

Ling Wei strategically left her ballet shoes at the games room hoping that Qin Shen would find it and give it back to her.

But Qin Shen was not just into her.

Xin Xin thought that she was having an online romance with Song Xi Wei and had given him money to get himself things like jackets, etc.

She then found out that the real Xi Wei’s account was hacked so she was romancing a fake one.  They found out who it was and Yuan Qian took it upon herself to confront the guy and apologise online to Xin Xin.  Yuan Qian was helped by Qin Shen.

Qin Shen seemed to find her cute because he was everywhere she went.

Yuan Qian tried to sign in for her dormmate in class but she was caught red-handed by their professor.

To make up for it she volunteered herself to find a female model for their sculpture thingy. LOL

She heard that Qin Shen was good at bargaining so she tried to cajole him into helping her lower the price of the model as per their budget.

She rubbed hand cream on his hands and then gave him the tube afterwards.

Qin Shen was really falling for her and treasured the hand cream tube and would not allow his dorm mate to use it.

It was the day to meet the model but their professor said that he needed Qin Shen to attend a class with him.

Qin Shen did not want to go but Yuan Qian assured them that she could meet the model all by herself.

Anyway, Qin Shen still tried to make it by hurrying after the class.

But he was absolutely crushed when he overheard Yuan Qian telling her friend that she wasted a tube of hand cream on Qin Shen, who could not help her after all.  Awww

Episode 4

Qi Shen, Si Cheng and Yuan Qian were tasked to work in the park and assist their seniors.

Qi Shen and Yuan Qian did not really want to go but they did not really have much choice.

Two of their seniors were abusing their power/seniority towards Yuan Qian and used her as a scapegoat when something went wrong.

Qi Shen, however, was there to save her and also one of the seniors was rather sympathetic towards his juniors and told the other seniors to behave.

Yuan Qian started noticing how much Qi Shen is helping her and was always there to save her.  She started crushing on him and would often just stare at his handsome visage.

Qi Shen would sometimes notice this and would secretly smile to himself. awwww

A wire would have scratched Yuan Qian had Qi Shen not been able to stop the trolley being pushed by Si Cheng to collide with her.

In gratitude, Yuan Qian invited him to dinner.

Episode 5

You would think this is going to be the start of a beautiful romance or at least a friendship.  But their dinner date was aborted due to Qi Nan catching his head on the handrail, then Yiming went and did the same because he was showing Qi Nan how to get his head off from the trap.

Poor Qi Shen had to stay with his friends and forgot his date with Yuan Qian, who stayed at the restaurant waiting for him.

Yuan Qian was of course upset and blanked Qi Shen the next day, refusing to listen to his explanation.

Then he got upset with her because she would not listen.

She then got more upset because he was throwing a strop when he was the one who blew their date off.

Their class was to perform a dance and Li Wei had been asked to choreograph the dance.

Of course she was only doing it so she could get her claws on Qi Shen.

This time, Yuan Qian finally learned of the saga of the handrail.

She wanted to make up with Qi Shen but Li Wei now got in the way,

Episode 6

This episode went all Greek.

The Sculpture Department abandoned their plan to be dancing on stage instead they became beautiful statues of Ancient Greek Mythology.

The accidental highlight of the show was Qi Shen as Apollo rescuing Yuan Qian as Artemis from tripping on stage.  He held her in his arm and the audience loved thinking it was part of the show.

Qi Shen i s liking Yuan Qian even more because he thought they were kindred spirit with their parents disapproving their choice of course in college.

Qi Shen’s mother wanted him to become either a lawyer or a financier

Yuan Qian’s father wanted her to be a teacher.

Episode 7 

Just before they had their stage production, Yuan Qian hid the transfer document to what she thought was her laptop bag but it was really Qi Shen as they have the same ones.

Not wanting to be thought of as a traitor by her classmates, she tried to get it back from Qi Shen’s bag   She really tried and almost glued herself next to Qi Shen’s bag.

Qi Shen’s friends thought that Yuan Qian had a massive crush on him.

But by this time Qi Shen knew what Yuan Qian really wanted.

She wanted to transfer to painting and asked Qi Shen if he thought she was a traitor.

He told her no because ultimately it was really her choice.

Episode 8

Qi Shen and Yuan Qian were late going back to their dormitories which resulted in a deduction of 5 house points each.  This had a negative impact on Yuan Qian because with the 5 points deduction, she will be unable to transfer.

The only thing was to gain points with some other extracurricular activities.

She is a member of the school press and by covering and having her report on sculling published she hoped to give the points.

She interviewed Song Si Wei as he was the superstar of sculling.  She was later surprised to find that her report was not published because Song Si Wei had unexpectedly dropped out from sculling.

Episode 9

Qi Nan and Yi Ming had been warning Qi Shen to confess to Yuan Qian before some other does.

Qi Shen wished he did because when he went to the hospital to bring an injured basketball player into the hospital, he was shocked to see Yuan Qian hugging Song Si Wei tightly.

He was so jealous, he became so sad and more depressed when he returned to university and see Yuan Qian still with Song Si Wei.

What he did not know was that Yuan Qian just found that Song Si Wei was her childhood friend.

Anyway, Qi Shen realised that he needed to do something about it.  He tried to be close to Yuan Qian but he just don’t know how to proceed to woo her and they kept getting interrupted.

Episode 10

Song Si Wei was offered a generous sponsorship but it included a no relationship or marriage for the next ten years clause to the contract. He immediately turned it down.

Meanwhile, Yuan Qian applied for a part-time job at Pei Mei Art School.  She was surprised to find that Qi Shen was also going to be working there.

Yuan Qian was a bit upset because the staff compared them and Qi Shen  won all the time.

Ling Wei is using everyone and whatever means to get to Qi Shen.  Ling Wei befriended Yuan Qian so she can get to Qi Shen easier as he seemed to be always near Yuan Qian.

Qi Shen warned Yuan Qian not to pair him up with Ling Wei.

So the next time Ling Wei wanted to give snacks to Qi Shen but she was using Yuan Qian to give it to an unappreciative Qi Shen, Yuan Qian told Ling Wei and Qi Shen to communicate with each other rather than through her.

Episode 11

Qin Shen is being really frustrating.  He was giving Yuan Qian all the signs that he was into her and yet he would deny it if Yuan Qian hinted of knowing about it.

Yuan Qian got into trouble at Pei Mei when the naughty fat boy left school while still in her charge.  Thank goodness the resourceful Qin Shen knows about the smartwatch of the boy.

Yuan Qian and Qin Shen’s class got so many drawing awards including a gold medal.

The school was going to give a staff dinner in their honour but they both excused themselves especially when they heard that Ling Wei was also going to attend.

Ling Wei tried to call Yuan Qian but Qin Shen declined the call for her.  They walked for miles and ended up to his former high school where the Gaokao result was still in the outside bulletin board.

Qin Shen got a high score and Yuan Qian wondered why he ended up in their university when he could have gone to a top-notched one.

Qin Shen said that because he wanted to study sculpture.

Episode 12

Qin Shen was on the verge of confessing to Yuan Qian but it was just not happening.

But he was rather perturbed that Song Si Wei will get Yuan Qian especially when Si Wei won the sculling and dedicated his win to Yuan Qian.

Qin Shen was so upset with Yuan Qian that he messed up her loving swans into a dead swan, which their professor complimented as being deep and full of pathos,

A selected few students went to an orientation.

Qin Shen was so jealous when Yuan Qian sat next to Si Yi on the bus.  So he made sure that she was his partner during the orienteering.

Ling Wei was not happy.

During their sort of treasure hunt, Yuan Qin tripped on a big stone and hurt her ankle.

As she can’t walk, Qin Shen carried her on his back to the camp.

Episode 15

It seems Qin Shen is very sentimental because he carried the large stone that Yuan Qian tripped over and gifted it to her.

Qin Shen could not control himself anymore.  He was so jealous of  Si Wei and Yuan Qian’s relationship so he kissed her.

Despite the kiss, he did not clarify the state of their relationship and yet behaved proprietorial towards which confused her a bit.

Yuan Qian received her severance pay from Pei Men which was rather generous.  She later learned that the principal at Pei Mei was Ling Wei’s father.  That is why she got the job.

She did not want to be indebted to Ling Wei so she used part of her salary to buy Ling Wei a gift.

As Yuan Qian can be rather stupid at times, once again she hid her transfer letter on the gift bag she gave Ling Wei.

Ling Wei returned the transfer document back to Yuan Qian’s dorm, giving it to one of Yuan Qian dorm mates.

The dorm mates were absolutely shocked that Yuan Qian was abandoning them.  Did not warn them that she wanted to transfer.

They later gave her the cold shoulder treatment.

Episode 17

Yuan Qian was very upset that her dorm mates who she considers to be her best friends suddenly turned against her.  She felt so lonely.

But on her birthday, they surprised her with a birthday cake and everything went to normal between them all.

Qin Shen asked to see her.  He asked her if she would consider becoming his girlfriend? He then gave her a citrine bracelet which he said was her birthstone.

They become totally loved up but still, Yuan Qian begged Qin Shen to keep their relationship a secret.

He jumped to the conclusion that it was because of Si Yi but she was really thinking more of Ling Wei who she found out was taking depression tablets.

Episode 18

Qin Shen getting tired of having an underground romance with Yuan Qian.  She was so skittish.  She would be willing to hold hands with him one minute and then snatched her hand as if he was a leper every time she saw someone she thought she knew.

Qin Shen is gorgeous and often approached by other girls. Yuan Qian then gets into a jealous mode.

It was payback time.  They went to a movie.  As it was dark inside, Yuan Qian coquettishly invited Qin Shen to do anything with her.

She was disappointed when she found out he purposely bought tickets where their seats are the first and the last seats of the same aisle.  They couldn’t be farther apart.

Yuan Qian later confessed to Qin Shen that their underground romance was not because of Si Wei but Ling Wei in fact.  At the same time, she would not fully divulge what was wrong with Ling Wei to Qin Shen.

Yuan Qian topped that test for the art painting exam.  She can finally transfer to oil painting.

The students were on a few days break from school before the start of another semester.

The sculpture department went to a lantern festival.
