Quick Precis

Episode 1
It is a good watch. There are a lot of unexpected turns in the story. The cinematography is good; it is obvious that it is a big-budget drama. $20M for 6 episodes is not bad at all.
Anyway, it is a dystopian drama. Set around 2070.
Apparently, the Earth collided with a comet. most of the continents have sunk into the sea. Korea had turned into a desert.
Only one percent of the population survived and to cater for the survivors, new technology is needed and new world social order was put in place.
The scarcity of resources had adverse effects on the survivors. They were classified into three major groups. The elite, the middle class, and the underclass became refugees.
The people who had been marked with a QR code on their skin, which determines their social class.
Food, oxygen, and other necessities are rationed and delivered by men known only by their given number identity. The most popular is the legendary 5-8.
The intruders killed the major’s daughter.
Episode 2
Sa Wol was shot in the head while trying to protect Jung Suel Ah, the major’s daughter. 5-8 who had just made a delivery at the major’s house heard the shooting and rashed back into the house but everyone had died including all the intruders.
The only one still breathing was Sa Wol.
5-8 took Sa Wol to Grandpa. They were all surprised that the bullet seemed to have bounced off Sa Wol’s head. He was in a coma for three days.
5-8 noticed the silver disc embedded on Sa Wol’s ankle. He was thinking was one of the mutants.
When Sa Wol woke up he was heartbroken when it was confirmed to him that Jung Suel Ah was killed. He went back to the house where the Major found him.
Sa Wol felt so guilty for not being able to protect Seal Ah but Major told him that he had nothing to feel guilty about because he made her daughter happy and less isolated inside their house.
Episode 3

Sa Wol won the contest for new delivery man recruit but he was immediately disqualified. But then 5-8 created some contingencies to overturn the decision.
Sa Wol was so happy to be the new winner and as 034.
The training was grueling. It is almost non-stop fighting and the winner takes all.
It was during a final fight which was livestream everywhere. The refugees were specially catered to watch the fight in the outdoor cinemas while given oxygen masks.
They were enjoying themselves especially when 034 won, a refugee like them. But their happiness was curtailed when bombs exploded them, killing many of them.
Episode 5
I really love this action drama. It is exciting.
It was noticed that Sa Wol is a mutant.
The Major warned him to be careful because it was now widely known that he is a mutant.
The Delivery Men team realised that Cheonmyeong’s ultimate plan was to eradicate all the refugees.
Sa Wol is now officially a Delivery Man. He replaced 5-7. He is now 5-7.
The remaining refugees are being evacuated to a safe place as per government dictum.
5-8 found out that Cheonmyeong was purposely polluting the air because if the air gets cleaner their business will suffer.
