I tried to watch this drama which is available on Netflix.
As much as I would like to warm up to it I just can’t.
I don’t find the story that much believable.
The lead girl had been carrying a torch for the lead guy for so long.
She kept a diary where she records every detail of seeing and almost meeting or being in the vicinity of the lead guy. That was just too pathetic.
But she was just so happy to see him and not really bothered that he did not know her or of her existence.
This went on for several years.
The thing that I don’t find that appealing was that the lead guy is ok-looking but he was not someone that would really rock your boat like Jiang Chen in A Love So Beautiful, Gu Weiyi in Put Your Head On My Shoulder or even Hua Biao in When We Were Young 2018.
Therefore how can a girl be that devoted to a crush for that long?!!!
Perhaps I would continue watching this drama, when there is a lull in new good dramas.
Please let us know of your review and recommendation of this drama, probably we might go back watching it sooner rather than later.
For all it is worth, it is a happy ending. They ended up together.
