Quick Precis

In 2008, Xiao Feng sent an SOS to a gamer in the future (2019) and that is how he met the genius wheelchair-bound Lu Xiao Bei.

Episode 1

Wow!  Love the first episode especially when they were gaming.

Anyway, Lu Xiao Bei is a very accomplished gamer, an excellent tactician.  But unfortunately for him, he was wheelchair-bound and therefore did not have the right image for the company.

The company brought in a more ‘suitable’ gamer who could represent the company.  They then told Lu Xiao Bei that his Team B must lose out to King’s Team A.

But Xiao Bai has a mind of his own and made sure that Team B wins.  And they did.

Unfortunately, this brought his demise in the gaming world.  The company held an inquiry where Xiao Bei was accused then evidenced and witnessed that he cheated.

He was very upset when his trusted teammates one by one said that Xiao Bei did cheat.  The management said he was out and because of his cheating he will be blacklisted.  No company or team will ever hire him now.

Poor Xiao Bei was leaving but one of his teammates tried to apologise to him telling him the he was forced to testify against him.

Xiao Bei told him that he does not want to hear his excuses.  He knew that he was apologising so he could sleep at night but Xiao Bei said that he will not forgive him, he will remember and will have his revenge.

His father came to get him.  When they got home, his father who is a policeman confiscated all his computer gaming paraphernalia and banned him to play games anymore.  Instead, he was told to concentrate on his third year in high school.

It was like the end of the world for Xiao Bei but he remembered that he had an old laptop which was given to him by his brother when they were both younger.

He connected the laptop into the internet and so miraculously it still worked amidst the sudden strange short-circuiting around him.

Suddenly he was playing the game against Xiao Feng.

Who is Xiao Feng?

Xiao Feng is a very straightforward man.  He wouldn’t run away from a challenge. Like when he was riding his bike, a bridal car tried to undercut him.  They laughed at him trying to chase them with his little bike.

So Xiao Feng took shortcuts and stopped in front of the bridal car.  What he did not realise at first was that the bride was his former girlfriend who misinterpreted his stunt thinking that he was chasing after her because he can’t let her go.

She was willing to run off with him but he told her that she was much too good for him and he was giving her his blessings.

Of course, he did!  Because Xiao Feng was really interested with his team, One Penny and winning the game.

Anyway, his team was really good but there was no money in playing the game.  Still, he won’t give up.

He was particularly frustrated because his landlord told him to move as he had not paid his rent.

Xiao Feng was about to start a game when there was short-circuiting.

He was playing against a very able player.  He was Xiao Bei, who started on advantage but Xiao Feng quickly equalized until there were only the two of them to battle it out.  They were on par.

Xiao Feng asked Xiao Bei his name.  And Xiao Bei did the same.

When Xiao Feng told him his name. Xiao Bei accused him immediately of lying.

Xiao Bei said that Xiao Feng was a legend.  He came first in so many things, he popularised the game.

Xiao Feng was glad to hear what Xiao Bei said but he said he had no idea what Xiao Bei was talking about.  He had not participated in those event that Xiao Bei mentioned.

Xiao Bei mentioned some memorable events in 2008,  he said that Lu Xiang had to withdraw from hurdle race because of injury and that Xiang Feng team won the championship.

They finally realised that they were from different timelines.  On that day it was 17 August 2008 at Xiao Feng’s time and 17 August 2019 at Xiao Bei’s time.  But they both remained sceptical.

Really intriguing.  Luhan and Leo Wu are gorgeous in combat fatigue.  Good acting as well.

Episode 2

The first lead girl is introduced and I am not liking her character.  She is Chu Ge who is a bit of an outcast because of her behaviour.

She was locked out of the classroom but did not daunt her.  Instead, she climbed in the window and then proceeded to walk on top of the desk after another until she reached the desk of Xiao Bai where she stayed standing on top of his books until he had to apologise to her to move.

What was that about?  Why would she victimised the only disabled person in the classroom?  And she was a cheat as well. He forced Xiao Bai to share his answer to a quiz with her.

Both Xiao Bei and Xiao Feng are having problems with their dreams.

Xiao Bei needed to enter the gaming contest at whatever cost.

Xiao Feng was deemed too old for gaming.

He told his best friend, Xu Wei, that they should completely disband the team.  Xu Wei was very upset and said that he had just separated from his live-in-girlfriend so he could concentrate on their gaming.

Xiao Feng was shocked.  He actually told Xu Wei that there is more to life than gaming.

Anyway, Xiao Feng and Xu Wei did not only end their team, but they also ended their friendship.

Xiao Feng was eating noodles at an eatery when he saw the hurdle race and just like was Xiao Bei said Lu Xiang withdrew from the race because of injury.

He was totally gobsmacked.

Episode 3

The lead girls are settling down but so slowly and so annoying.

Xiao Bei was slowly building up his own team.  He had now recruited Cheng Hao and Jia Ya and working on another one.

Xiao Feng however started a new job as an office boy and also got a new flatmate, An Han.

Xiao Feng and Xiao Bei connected again but only briefly.

Episode 4

This drama gets tedious with the side dramas with the females.  The girls were made aggressive, neurotic and even suicidal.

I hope it improves the female roles.

Xiao Bei is trying to get Wang Kai to join his team by having Jia Yi fight him in the game.  Jia Ya won every time which irritated Wang Kai.  When he went to confront Xiao Bei about his dirty tricks, he found a cute JIa Yi in her Sailor Moon cosplay outfit.  He likes her.

Xiao Bei and Xiao Feng met again briefly.  They used their guns to destroy the barrier between them.

Xiao Feng asked Xiao Bei if he received the postcard he sent him.

Xiao Bei said no, but asked Xiao Feng to join his team.

Xiao Feng more or less said that he was done with being in a team as he has a good job that he likes.  Before they could talk some more they were pulled back in their own time.

Xiao Bei was getting a drink from his fridge when he noticed the Beijing 2008 postcard on the fridge door.

Episode 5

Wang Kai finally agreed to join Xiao Bei’s team when he learned that they will be living in the same apartment with Song JIa Ya.

Xiao Bei and Xiao Feng met again.

Xiao Bei told Xiao Feng more about his win.  He told him who was in his team. They were the usual member except a newbie called something 24.

Xiao Bei asked Xiao Feng for a favour in his timeline.  And that was to prevent his brother from going to the national.

Episode 6

At the moment, the role of An Lan and Chu Ge are rather superfluous.  If they were not in this drama, you are not really going to miss them.

Anyway, Xiao Bei had recruited the fifth member of their team.  It was a boy from the hairdresser called Ne Zha.

The other members of the team were quite unsure at first but Ne Zha showed them what he can do by almost singlehandedly winning their first game as a team.

And their team was called Continue after the bracelet given to Xiao Bei by his brother.

Unfortunately, Xioa Bei’s father was paranoid and would not let Xiao Bei touch the computer and advice every gaming centre in town to let him know if Xiao Bei had gone to their establishment.

Xiao Bei’s last remaining haven was  Cheng Hao’s house.

His father came to collect him which really upset Xiao Bei.  His father had been specially protected of him because he can’t forget how Ah Ming died eleven years ago.

Meanwhile, Xiao Feng felt that his boss was taking advantage of him so he quit just after he was made permanent at the planning department.

Episode 1

I have to admit it was hard going watching the first episode.  This is actually my third try.  I find it too dark, the story.  I was expecting some idol happy drama but this first episode is full of angst.

Anyway what I can gather from this drama is that Consummation is the name of a virtual reality game created by Cui Zhenya especially for Xia Shi, who she has a one-sided love with since high school.

Some flashbacks shows that Xia Shi was vastly different from his high school days.  He used to be the golden boy.  He was well rounded, the most handsome, the most intelligent, in fact, he won the World Mathematics Olympiad, and the most popular.

He was doted on by his parents but now he did not finish high school, he is slovenly and works as hardly paid paparazzi.

Something grim happened in high-school which involved losing his parents and a girl who fancied him.  Due to this accident, he developed self-induced amnesia to forget that part of his life.

He might have forgotten that part of his life but those people around him during that that could not forget him so led by Cui Zhenya, the Virtual Reality, Consummation was created.

Cui Zhenya invited Xia Shi for the opening day the game.

Though reluctant at first, his curiosity got the better of him.

He was led into a gaming pod and there, he relieved his past, here his mother and father were alive and so was a girl called Ye Sang Ye.

Quick Precis

A rather delinquent student got accidentally accepted at Moyun Academy, a co-educational school for humans and demons.

Before long Li Xuan managed to create mayhem and disturb the relative peace of the academy.

Episode 1

The first episode already has everything.  A good plot, adorable leads, demons and angels, and beautifully choreographed fighting scene between two stunning ladies:  Cui Pian Ran and Yun Shan.

Anyway, it started with the humans, led by Lord Zi, who was in a confrontation with beings who looks like Nephilim. Their leader was bitter and fuming that no matter how much they tried to get along, humans just don’t leave them alone.  Humans are just bent on disturbing the peace.

Lord Zi did not allow the Nephilim lord to say anything more because, with his cultivation, he threw powerful energy right through the Nephilim’s forehead which fell him down.

The Nephilim’s sister had been living with the humans and had in fact married to a human.  She saw what happened to her brother and was angry and heartbroken but not for long because Lord Zi killed her as well.

The woman was the mother of Li Xuan, who saw what happened to his beloved mother.

The young Li Xuan went for Lord Zi telling him that he was going to kill him.  He was quite ferocious as well.

Lord Zi saw something in the boy’s eyes.

Li Xuan’s human father came into the scene and begged Lord Zi to spare his son.  He will do whatever Lord Zi wanted him to do in return.

Lord Zi had only one condition.  He told the father that he will spare the boy but he will take him to be his apprentice.

Ten years later…

It was the naming ceremony for the First Prince.  He will be made the official Crown Prince.

Knowing that he will become a victim to Li Xuan’s prank, the First Prince dress in a girl outfit on the way to the palace.  He was just congratulating himself about how clever he was when he noticed that his maidservant was Li Xuan dressed as a girl as well.

The First Prince completely missed the naming ceremony and ended up buried up to his neck in the woods.

Lord Zi immediately knew that Li Xuan had something to do with the missing First Prince.  Lord Zi ordered that Li Xuan should be found.

Meanwhile, it was the admission to another school year as Mouyon Academy.

A young demon girl, Xu Youlian, was on her way, partly accompanied by her mentor and master, who made her looked more human for her to blend in. He fixed her ‘Yoda’ ears.

Despite this, Youlian almost got into trouble because Lord Zi had installed the Z-Mirror to tell if one is a demon.  Youlian knew she was in trouble when she just about saw that her Yoda ears were jutting out in her mirror image.

Lucky for her Li Xuan, pretending to be dead from the plague was being wheeled in.

Youlian got the strict guards to check the body as she it moved.

While they were distracted Youlian walked right in the toll gate and right into the middle of a girl fight.

The girls were Cui Pian Ran, who is the beauty of the empire and Yu Shan, a mysterious royal.

Yu Shan defeated the arrogant mean girl Cui Pian Ran.

Youlian enjoyed the fight and thought that is was staged by two stunning actresses.

Cui Pian Ran was insulted and told LI Xuan, who by now materialised that the girl Youlian had stolen something from her.

The naughty Li Xuan is actually holding the esteemed position of National Protector.  He arrested and bound Youlian.

He told her that he was going to go through every inch of her body.  What a lecher. Go on, go on! 🙂

BTW, Lord Zi partly erased Li Xuan’s memory, especially the day when his mother died.  When it was foretold that the Dragon Emperor will be woken up the Saintess from Kunwu Clan.  The Dragon Emperor will wield his revenge of killing every human on Earth.

Episode 2

But in the end, it was Youlian who touch every inch of his upper body. And I don’t blame her he is so cute.

Anyway, the entrance examination for Mouyun Academy was ultra fierce.

Only twenty was going to be selected from the hundred or so candidates who showed up.

I am looking forward to this drama.  I love both the Japanese and Korean versions.

Episode 1

The leads are so likable.

Jelly Lin is adorable very different from the Japanese and Korean versions where they are sort of somewhat mentally unhinged.  Lived in their own world.

I think I am going to like this drama.

Anyway, Li Zhenyan is a very fastidious guy, almost ocd in his cleanliness.

He is studying piano but his real passion is conducting.  He was influenced by his idol Mr. Fisher.

His friends were encouraging him to transfer to conducting but despite his zest for conducting, he declined to transfer.  This might have to do with his phobia of flying.

When he was a little boy, a child prodigy, on their way to Europe, they had a tumultuous flight that caused his mother’s death from a heart attack right in front of his eyes.

His piano teacher had given up on him after a music score was found in his notes yet again.  The teacher said that Zhenyan is the best pianist in their school and yet his heart was not in piano playing 100 percent.

One day, he heard someone playing the piano in one of the music rooms.  Though he thought it was not perfect, the pianist seemed to be able to keep with the music tempo.

He was curious to see who was playing but he got waylaid.

Zhenyan lives in an apartment building a floor below Fang Xiaowo’s flat.

Fang Xiaowo has been giving him many causes of irritation.

Anyway, one day he was rather depressed so he went drinking. He got so drunk that he climbed into the floor where Xiaowo lives.

He was in her way as he was sprawled in front of her front door.  She dragged him inside and put him into her bed.

The next morning, Zhenyan woke up to a wonderful feeling listening to Xiaowo’s piano feeling.

His happiness did not last long as he saw the state of her apartment.  It was absolutely filthy with unwashed clothes, unwashed dishes, and pans, litters scattered in every available space.

He can’t wait to get out.

Zhenyan found another piano teacher to accept him, he was the last one willing to mentor him. He was surprised when he found Xiaowo as the other student to learn with him.

He said he can’t be with her but the teacher said that Zhenyan can no longer be choosey because he had to repeat the year as no one would accept him willingly anymore.

Anyway, he started playing piano with Xiaowo and he was impressed but he can’t help nitpicking the way she plays.

Xiaowo has a photographic memory and a good ear.  She can play the tune without looking at the music sheet.

He was at home by his balcony when a rug fell on his head.

He went to Xiaowo’s apartment to complain but she was not answering.  Her apartment unlocked so he let himself in.  He just can’t help himself.  He just had to tidy up. He cleaned her apartment.  Brought down all her rubbish.  (Don’t you wish you have a neighbour like him?)

When Xiaowo got home, she was confused, she had to double-check that she was on the right floor.  Her room was clean but she got upset when she can find her red toy piano, her most treasured possession given to her by her mother.

She went to the rubbish dump to look for the toy, which she found.  Zhenyan also went to the dump and found her MP3.

Their love of music started to bond them.

Episode 1

It started with a clever scene. The way they angled the camera and the way they spliced the dialogue, you’d think that Xu Yi Ren was on a date with Fang Zhi Yu.

But actually, Yi Ren was on a date with her boyfriend Gao Ming.  While Fang Zhi Yu was with an investor who started flirting with him.  She asked him how she looks.

He said that she looks like a huge aubergine whose plastic surgery did not work.  He ended up with a glass of water poured over him.

This scene shocked YiRen and Gao MIng.

They just got to the elevator when Fang Zhi Yu joined them.  Gao Ming suddenly got a call.  He started talking in French to another girl on the phone.

Fang Zhi Yu just could not take the lies so he told Yi Ren what was going on. That Gao Ming was cheating on her.

Episode 6

Fang Zhi Yu fired Yi Ren because she lied to him about going to the hospital because of her best friend, Xia Di, when in fact she went to see Gao Ming, her ex-boyfriend.

Episode 7

Yi Ren was rehired by Fang Zhi Yu after one of their colleagues confessed that she inadvertently erased the presentation to their investors for a new project.  It was not Yi Ren’s fault.

It might not be Yi Ren’s fault but Yuwen, who originally recruited her as the assistant to the finickity Fang Zhi Yu, was unhappy that she was back.

Yuwen noticed that Fang Zhi Yu had changed because of Yi Ren and she was not happy about it.  She was jealous.

One of her colleagues saw Yi Ren helping Fang Zhi Yu into his car as he was suffering from acute gastroenteritis.

The colleague then started spreading gossip about seeing them dating.

Episode 8

Yi Ren was really bothered about the gossip, she pretended to be ill when Fang Zhi Yu asked her to go with him to a meeting.

Episode 9

This is a cute episode.  The leads have lovely chemistry, I must say.

Anyway, there is an ongoing mystery between Zhi Yu and Li Zhe and Yi Ren might be a part of it.

This mystery is giving Zhi Yu nightmare and Li Zhe feeling vengeful towards Zhi Yu.

Li Zhe was also looking for a little girl he met in the forest when he was still a boy,  The girl was crying because she had lost her mom.  Li Zhe’s only clue for the girl as a red hair clip.

Anyway, Young Li Zhe came home one day and found his father and mother tried to commit suicide.

He seemed to blamed Zhi Yu for it.

And Zhi Yu was feeling guilty that he bought Li Zhe’s old family mansion and gave it back to him.

Li Zhe would not take it for free and wrote a check for 5M to Zhi Yu although the mansion was worth 4M.

He then warned Zhi Yu that he will take everything that matters to him.  His company Squares and Circles and Yi Ren.

It looks like it would be easier to take the company than Yi Ren because she told Li Zhe that she knew there was something going on between Zhi Yu and him.  She concluded that whatever that was and even Zhi Yu was in the wrong, she would always side with Zhi Yu.

Li Zhe was rather regretful that Yi Ren did not meet him first.  But it looks like that the little girl Li Zhe was looking for was Yi Ren.

Episode 10 

Yi Ren was the girl.

But Li Zhe does not know yet as the principal at the elementary school was away on holiday in Thailand.

Anyway, Yuwen asked her father’s right-hand man, Qiming, to find a company that could build a 3D of Square & Circle’s Moon Bay Design Project.

Qiming suggested Dasheng and arranged for Mr Qi of Dasheng to meet Zhi Yu and Yuwen to dinner/discussion.

Unfortunately, Zhi Yu got stranded with Yi Ren at Moon Bay because of flat tire.

Yuwen had to go by herself to dinner with Dasheng.

In the background Li Zhe had told Mr Qi to string Square & Circle along.  Poor Yuwen was forced to drink shots after shots after shots.

She was so drunk, Qiming had to help her to bed afterwards.

While Zhi Yu and YiRen had a rather romantic evening overlooking a starry sky.

Episode 11

Zhi Yu and and YiRen were back at work and so was Yuwen who was not feeling good.

Yuwen at first refused to go to the hospital but Yi Ren told her a catastrophic story about a friend who refused to go to the hospital with stomach pain.  Yuwen got frightened enough to be persuaded to seek medical attention.

Yi Ren told Zhi Yu that YuWen was in the hospital.  He showed up immediately and Yi Ren noticed that they are quite intimate.

Anyway, it was the day that they had to go to Dasheng regarding the Moon Bay project.

After waiting for a long time, the assistant of Mr Li turned up to announced that Dasheng was dropping their project.

Yuwen was annoyed and said that Mr Qi had signed a contract.

The assistant said that Mr Qi had been transferred.

Mr Li then turned up and it was Li Zhe who said that they will pay the cancellation fee with Square & Circle.

Square & Circle was back to square one.  They need to have a 3-D model of the project for clients and investors.

YiRen thought she could persuade Li Zhe but he said he turned her request down flat.  He then told her over dinner never to contact him about Square & One again.

Li Zhe called Zhiyu not to send YiRen to beg.

ZhiYu told YiRen never to contact Li Zhe

YiRen said that LiZhe is her friend as well but she agreed anyway.

Now they had to do the project in a different way.

Episode 12

Yi Ren had become homeless when her landlady sold her apartment.

Zhi Yu’s young sister heard about it and forcefully asked her to move in with her brother and her in the interim while she was looking for another apartment.

Zhi Yu and his young sister enjoy having Yi Ren in the house because she cooks like a dream.

Yuwen was very upset with Zhi Yu for keeping it from her that he knew Li Zhe very well.

Li Zhe met up with Yi Ren.  He invited her to lunch and promised that he might changed his mind about Square & Circle.

During lunch, Li Zhe divulged all the gory details why his best friend Zhi Yu had become his mortal enemy.

Apparently Li Zhe and Zhi Yu are best friends and their family where quite friend as well, that is until Li Zhe’s dad got into trouble in his company.

Li Zhe and Zhi Yu begged Zhi Yu’s father to help Li Zhe’s dad.

Zhi Yu’s dad is a very prominent corporate lawyer so with the instigation of Li Zhe, his father gave all his documents to Li Zhe’s father.

But during the trial, Zhi Yu’s dad used the documents to convict Li Zhe’s father because he was the barrister for the other party.  And it did not end there because their family and reputation was ruined, Li Zhe’s father and mother committed suicide, his mother died instantly while his father lived but developed dementia.

Li Zhe was not the only one affected because Zhi Yu developed a condition were he can’t abide lying of all forms.

Episode 13

Yi Ren started working with Sun Zi Ying secretly on the 3D modeling of the Moon Bay project.

Zhi Yu noticing that she was gone went to look for her.  He heard her and Zi Ying talking about so tired and it sounded rather clandestine.

Zhi Yu surprised them but he got surprised instead when he found them with their secret project.

Zhi Yu was impressed with their endeavor so he allowed them to work in the open for it as it would be a good option for the Moon Bay Project.

Yi Ren got carried away with the 3D modeling she forgot to attend her driving lesson. She told her instructor that she had hurt her hand.

She did not know that LI Zhe was there waiting for her and was really concerned that she was ill.

He sent her flowers in the office which rather embarrassed her.  He then turned up and took her for a coffee.

Zhi Yu was looking for her and was told that she was with the flower giver.

Li Zhe asked Yi Ren if she asked Zhi Yu about what he had told her.

Yi Ren confirmed that she did but she believed that Zhi Yu did not betray him and they should sit up together and clean their misunderstanding.

Li Zhe was a bit disappointed with Yi Ren for still siding with Zhi Yu, who interrupted them and dragged Yi Ren away for socialising during office hours.

When they were alone, Zhi Yu scolded Yi Ren for ignoring his advice not to see or have anything to do with Li Zhe.

Yi Ren said that who she sees is her personal thing.  It has really nothing to do with Zhi Yu.

Zhi Yu half confessed of what he really feels for Yi Ren when he admitted that he was jealous.

This rather confused and frightened Yi Ren.  She was out of the building as soon as office hours were over which her officemates thought was not very like her.

Poor Zhi Yu learned that Yi Ren had gone. He texted her what she would like for dinner but she said she was eating out with Xia Di.  He then asked what time she was coming as he was going to pick her up.

Yi Ren said that she was going to be late and she will get a taxi when she’s ready.

Unfortunately for Yi Ren Xia Di was out with Guo Bo who she was cheering up.

Guo Bo was being treated like a nobody in the office.  He wan not being tasked with anything and he was depressed.

Episode 14 -15

Square & Circle won the contract for Moon Bay which was helped by the 3D model of the complex.

LiZhe heard about it and invited Yi Ren immediately to dinner.

The stupid girl agreed despite knowing that Zhi Yu had already arranged a dinner for the team with Yi Ren as the special guest for her input with the 3D model.

To annoy Zhi Yu, she even arranged to meet Li Zhe to the same restaurant.  Li Zhe did not want to talk about Zhi Yu but wanted Yi Ren to consider him.

She had to explain later to Zhi Yu that she went to meet Li Zhe because he said he would like to talk about Zhi Yu.

Guo Bo who decided to resign came back when Zhi Yu told him that he was not so stupid as he thought. He was just too inexperienced and too impulsive.

Guo Bo advised Zhi Yu to up his ante with Yi Ren.  Perhaps he should kiss her.

And he did.  She responded at first but she ran off afterwards.

Yi Ren then went to see Xia Di, who was with Guo Bo, who sent a photo of Yi Ren with Xia Di deep in conversation.

Zhi Yu told Guo to eavesdrop and tell him what they were talking about.

Guo Bo said that all he heard was that Zhi Yu kissed her.

Zhi Yu’s sister heard the conversation of Zhi Yu and Guo Bo.  She was so mature for her age and showed him to.  She told her brother that he should have confessed to Yi Ren first before kissing her.

The next morning, Yi Ren skulked into the office, not wanting to be noticed by Zhi Yu.

She got a call from Li Zhe insisting to see her outside.

She can’t really turn him down despite Zhi Yu looking daggers at her.

Li Zhe was excited to see her and was about to tell her something when Zhi Yu appeared and pulled Yi Ren to him, telling Li Zhe that Yi Ren was his girlfriend.

Li Zhe was gobsmacked. He did not expect it.

But he told Yi Ren that he should have told him who he was immediately.  This is rather sad.

Episode 16

This is a cute episode.

Yi Ren and Zhi Yu finally got together and he is very touchy-feely.

Yi Ren had to beg him to keep quiet about their relationship for now.

He said it would be hard because he never lies.  But he will try for her after she explained to him that she might get bullied or treated differently now that she was going out with the boss.

Poor Li Zhe was drinking his heart out when Yuwen, who happened to be at the bar, told him that he might have a chance with Yi Ren.

Li Zhe said to her that he knows Yuwen had been in love with Zhu Yu for the longest time but she is wasting her time because Yi Ren and Zhi Yu are already in a relationship.

Yuwen was shocked and annoyed.

Episode 19

Liang Jie’s character as Yi Ren is almost a copy of her Jia Xin in You’re My Destiny.  Both are absolutely annoying, doormats and downtrodden, no personality.

Anyway, Zhi Yu saw the little bird Yi Ren got given when she was a little girl by her rescuer when she got lost during a school trip in the mountain.

Zhi Yu immediately knew that it was Li Zhe who rescued her.

To double-check, Zhi Yu said they had to hear it from the horse’s mouth and find Li Zhe.

Li Zhe said he was on his way to her uncle’s flat with her cousin.

When Yi Ren and Zhi Yu got to the apartment block, Yi Ren told Zhi Yu to stay in the car as Li Zhe might go mental upon seeing him.

Her cousin saw the bird that Yi Ren was holding and took her aside and begged Yi Ren to pretend that it was the cousin who was rescued by Li Zhe.

At first Yi Ren declined but the cousin used emotional blackmail which worked everytime with Yi Ren.

Yi Ren took her frustration out with Zhi Yu when he asked her how Li Zhe reacted.

She said that Li Zhe was not the boy and she got angry when Zhi Yu would not have it because of the bird.

They were still arguing when her Uncle found them.  Her uncle was as shocked as Zhi Yu that she had not told her family about her having a boyfriend.

Episode 20

Yi Ren was so annoyed with Zhi Yu she did not go home but spent the night with Xia Di.

The next morning, Zhi Yu was not talking to her.

Despite them having a fight, when Yuwen turned up at Zhi Yu’s house drunk and wanted to know who would he choose between her and Yi Ren, Zhi Yu said that Yi Ren is his girlfriend and warned Yuwen that she should not say anything anymore that they both might regret.

YuWen was so annoyed she contacted Li Zhe to say that she was ready to accept his offer if it is still going.  They will band together to take down Zhi Yu.

Meanwhile, Yi Ren asked Zhi Yu’s sister to keep her brother out of the house so she could sneak in and collect her things.

She was packing hurriedly when Zhi Yu turned up and won’t let her go.

They made up.

Episode 21

This is when Yi Ren and Zhi Yu slept together.  They had a night of fireworks in and out of the bedroom.  🙂
