Halloween 2020 Special: Lu Si is trending at number 1 because a netizen had said that Lu Si is the author of a Weibo entry that says she likes Xiao Zhan. LuSi’s agency immediately debunked the rumour. The effect of this malicious act was far-reaching as she was accused of riding in Xiao Zhan’s mega popularity. She was taunted by rabid fans and even physically assaulted allegedly. It affected Lu Si so much that during a time when she should be triumphant in receiving an award as Best Actress for Romance of Tiger and Rose, she was subdued and almost lifeless. Poor girl.

Aww, Lusi’s stint at the festival did not turn out as agogly expected. Apparently, the show overrun and there was no allowance to extend as there was a traffic accident that affected transportation. So what should have been a 30 minute slot for Lusi was shortenend to 7 minutes, which meant, she did not have the chance to sing her new song live in public. Fans were really upset and Lusi felt upset for them and rather guilty. Lesson learnt hopefully.
4 May 2025: Lusi appearance at the Flow Gourd Festival was iconic in the sense that she even had that Marilyn Monroe moment when her floaty yellow dress was blown accidently by admiring wind machine. Her performance was all that was expected of the excited fans. It was a very successful event for Lusi and her ardent Kelulis.
