  1. We watched The Host last night. It is a 2006 South Korean film about a monster from the sea or Han River.

It is very watchable. Recommend it for horror and thriller.

  2. Peter and I are currently watching Antartica Journal. It is a South Korean Horror, against the element kind of film.

    Really interesting with fine acting.

  3. Manhole

We had just watched Manhole, a South Korean. It was really good, very taut, lots of suspense, good acting, fast-paced story.

There was a serial killer who had been hounding Seoul. His latest victim was a deaf & mute girl, Soo Jung.
Soo Jung’s sister came to the rescue and then non-stop suspense and violence. Lovely

  4. We just watched Gonjiam: Haunted Asylum, a South Korean movie set in a haunted abandoned mental hospital. I have to say, the film is not scary enough nor riveting. So I am not even going to do a full review and summary.

However, please don’t let this put you off as my taste is probably different from yours. It is not a really too bad a movie but it was not really that good either but still watchable.
